Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with strong management skills, a clear vision, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment. The Executive Director will serve as the primary representative of the organization, engaging with stakeholders, partners, and the community to advance our mission.
Duties
- Provide strategic leadership by developing and implementing organizational goals and policies
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
- Manage organizational budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Develop and manage programs aligned with organizational mission and objectives
- Cultivate relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders to support organizational growth
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and funding requirements
- Lead fundraising efforts and oversee grant writing initiatives
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to promote visibility and partnerships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative leadership role within a nonprofit or similar organization
- Strong background in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
- Demonstrated success in program management and strategic planning
- Supervising experience with a track record of building effective teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to lead change initiatives and adapt to evolving organizational needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
