Nagel Tours has been creating memorable travel experiences for nearly 50 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This position is based at our Administration Office in Northeast Edmonton near Victoria Trail and Yellowhead Trail. We offer a professional yet relaxed office environment with a supportive team atmosphere.
What You'll Do
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting-related duties
- Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets using Excel
- Process and organize financial records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to management
- Assist with correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Work accurately with numbers while managing multiple priorities
- Support day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Minimum 2 years Microsoft Excel experience
- Minimum 2 years Microsoft Word experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable vehicle and ability to commute to the office
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- 22.5 hours per week (three 7.5-hour days)
