Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Digital Print Production Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of Canon Colorado printers and Fotoba machines
Duties
- Operator for Canon/Fotoba equipment and related systems(Onyx software).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues
- Maintain and repair printers and other related equipment
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Document service activities accurately and report issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
- Understand Basic Printer Processing and Print Machine Theory of Operation
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
Experience
- Canon Colorado printers
- Fotoba machines
- Onyx software
- Knowledge of low voltage wiring, network infrastructure
- Familiarity with printing processes
- Familiarity with telecommunication equipment installation and maintenance is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to electrical work, equipment operation, and working at heights.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
- Experience with Wallpaper printing huge advantage
- Relevant certifications or training in electrical work, telecommunications, or equipment operation will be advantageous.
