ABOUT THE ROLE
The Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for growing and developing a targeted group of existing customers via phone and email, as well as prospecting for new opportunities within an assigned region. Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and be comfortable interacting by phone with decision makers and business owners. Candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills, a positive, upbeat attitude, and be committed to succeed.
The position includes a competitive compensation package – base salary plus annual bonus program. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life/disability coverage and the option for GRSP contributions.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Salaried: $54,000-$64,000 (negotiable - based on experience)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Grow and develop an assigned group of targeted customers via phone and email.

Daily follow up on internal sales leads and prospect for opportunities.

Analyze and review customer profiles for growth and development opportunities.

Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with S&S products and services
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Minimum of one professional experience – B2B sales preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer focus and relationship building skills

Strong analytical thinking skills with an ability to recognize opportunities through review of customer profiles.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Québec candidates must be bilingual French/English written and spoken
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
