Mary Brown’s Chicken is looking for reliable, energetic, and hard-working team members to join our Back of House / Kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Back of House Team Member, you will help prepare and serve our famous Mary Brown’s chicken and menu items while maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing chicken and other menu items according to Mary Brown’s standards
- Working with kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Stocking, rotating, and organizing product
- Supporting the team during busy meal periods
- Completing cleaning duties and daily kitchen tasks
- Working efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player
- Willing to learn and follow procedures
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working with food and kitchen equipment
- Available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
