Your work environment at EXP
EXP is currently searching for a Data & Reporting Specialist – Power BI, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves creating accurate and insightful reports for various departments, maintaining reporting systems, and ensuring that the information generated meets business needs.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Facilitate the development of information
- Compile data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights into key business metrics
- Tailor reports to meet the specific needs of all applicable parties
- Automate regular reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Implement data validation and quality control procedures to maintain high data quality standards

What Your Experience Looks Like
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar discipline (required)
- Foundational knowledge of Power BI (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (required)
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical methods to develop effective solutions
- Logical, data-driven approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while delivering high-quality work on schedule
Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet project deadlines
