Job Description:
Pacific Builders & Contractors Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer / Renovation Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must possess a valid G Class Driver's Licence and have experience in residential renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, and floor preparation.
- Perform demolition work safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with renovation tasks.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment as required.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of residential renovations, including:
- Framing
- Drywall installation and repair
- Floor preparation
- Demolition
- Construction site cleanup
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transportation is considered an asset.
