Safe Home Fireplace is looking for a motivated, professional individual to support both client-facing showroom sales and internal lead coordination.
This is a flexible opportunity focused on improving how we connect with clients — including offering private showroom appointments when needed — while ensuring our incoming leads are followed up with consistently and effectively.
We’re looking for someone who is responsive, organized, and capable of taking ownership of this role and developing it into something strong.

This role is structured to start on a part-time basis. For the right individual — someone who can identify opportunities and effectively leverage what Safe Home Fireplace has to offer — there is potential to expand the role and hours over time.
About the Role
We generate and provide sales leads. Your role is to:
- Respond quickly to new inquiries
- Schedule and conduct showroom appointments
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients
- Ensure opportunities are not lost due to delays or lack of communication
This position also includes a sales coordination component, helping track activity and keep the sales pipeline organized, active, and moving forward.
Part of this role involves identifying when a client would benefit from a private showroom appointment — whether during or outside standard hours — and coordinating those meetings to provide a more personalized experience.
At this stage, there are no guaranteed set hours, as this is a newly developed role that will evolve based on demand and performance.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming sales leads
- Book and conduct client appointments at our Sarnia and Strathroy showroom locations
- Coordinate private showroom appointments when appropriate
- Follow up consistently with leads and active customers
- Track sales activity and maintain organized communication
- Communicate clearly with both clients and internal team members
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process
- Participate in occasional short-form video content for brand visibility

- Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and professional
- Demonstrated understanding of high-quality customer service
- Clean, professional, and well-presented appearance for client meetings
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Organized and proactive with follow-up
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Flexible and adaptable with scheduling based on client needs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work at both Strathroy and Sarnia locations
Compensation
- Commission-based earnings with strong income potential
- Base pay structured in compliance with Ontario labour standards (minimum hourly coverage where applicable)
Pay: $20,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
