Recruiter (Technical Recruiter - IT/SAP)
Location: Preference is for candidates located in Toronto (Yonge & Sheppard area), with an in-office schedule Monday to Thursday and work-from-home Fridays. We are also open to fully remote candidates based outside of Toronto.
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission, with high performers earning $100,000+ annually.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing. You’ll be speaking with SAP and IT professionals daily, building relationships, and matching them with exciting projects globally.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, referrals, to identify top-tier SAP and IT talent.
- Screen, vet, and guide candidates through the recruitment process, looking beyond keywords to understand their experience, goals, and motivations.
- Work directly with the leadership team to understand client needs and deliver on challenging searches.
- Keep your pipeline sharp while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or commission-driven environment.
- Goal-oriented and driven by results.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You’re confident speaking with people, ask thoughtful questions, and know how to build trust.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
- Bilingual French-English is a strong asset
