RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer and maintain computer networks

Answer user calls to support multiple infrastructure and software

Diagnose infrastructure, network or software failure quickly

Use remote troubleshooting tools, scripts, and automation software to resolve remote issues faster

Intervene for problems affecting the client's infrastructure, such as Vmware, Hyper-v, Terminal Server, Remote App, GPO, Active directory, Router, Firewall Watchguard, Cisco and Meraki
