We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our growing operations team in Welland, ON. Reporting to our Canada Operations Lead, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are packed with care, inventory is accurately tracked, and the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and unpack merchandise
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet brand standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and stock areas
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Update inventory logs using our warehouse management system
- Follow SOPs and daily task lists assigned by the Operations Lead
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a time-sensitive environment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (for inventory tracking, Shopify updates, etc.)
- Prior warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is an asset but not required
- Must be able to lift 20–25 lbs
- Required: Ability to operate a pallet jack
- Bonus: Forklift certification
