Job Title: Waterfront Attendant (Lifeguard)
Location: Severn Lodge Resort
Season: Early May through Thanksgiving Weekend

Position Summary
We are looking for a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the safety of guests in the waterfront area, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly in emergency situations. The ideal candidate is attentive, dependable, and committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all Severn Lodge guests.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Signing in and out watercraft (motorized and non-motorized)
- Fueling motorized equipment
- Inspecting all equipment and maintaining safety of all equipment
- Monitoring waterfront in order to assure all patrons are enjoying water related activities safely
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card and prior boating experience
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- NLS lifeguard certification would be an asset
- Previous experience in lifeguarding is an asset
Work Schedule:
- Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Hours may vary based on occupancy and seasonal demands.
