Subprime Finance Team Leader – Build & Lead Your Own Special Finance Team
Mainland Motors is looking for an experienced and motivated Subprime Finance Team Leader to join our growing dealership.
If you have experience in automotive sales, special finance, credit rebuilding programs, or subprime lending and are looking for an opportunity to build your own department and team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Build, train, and lead a successful Special Finance team
- Work with customers facing credit challenges, bankruptcies, proposals, and limited credit history
- Structure and submit finance applications to lending partners
- Develop relationships with banks and finance companies
- Assist customers in rebuilding and establishing credit
- Recruit, train, and mentor finance and sales staff
- Monitor department performance and achieve monthly targets
- Ensure all deals comply with lender and dealership requirements
- Work closely with sales management and finance partners
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years of automotive sales, finance, or special finance experience
- Strong knowledge of subprime lending and credit rebuilding programs
- Experience working with lenders and finance institutions
- Leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Valid driver's license

Compensation
