As our next Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright), you’ll be at the forefront of installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. Your expertise in mechanical systems and industrial maintenance will be essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across the plant.

- Install, inspect, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs
- Replace defective components and adjust machinery for optimal performance
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to install and position machinery
- Fabricate parts using machine tools such as lathes and grinders
- Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubrication
- Assist with machine assembly, installation, and foundation setup
- Support training of new hires and apprentices
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality systems
- Perform other maintenance duties as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade certification or college diploma in a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or millwright role
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Basic welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience training or mentoring apprentices
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
