Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service that enhances the overall shopping experience.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized presentation
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Utilize organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked
Skills
- Previous retail sales experience of 2 years or more .
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required) to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or merchandising preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
