R&B Vass Flooring is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced flooring professional to join our team. We handle residential and commercial projects across the GTA and pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Position: Full-Time Flooring Installer
Location: Greater Toronto Area
Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of flooring materials (vinyl, laminate, hardwood, engineered, etc.)
- Perform sanding, staining, and finishing of hardwood floors
- Complete subfloor preparation, leveling, and repairs
- Ensure all work meets professional standards and project timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of flooring installation experience
- Skilled in sanding, staining, and finishing hardwood
- Strong knowledge of leveling and subfloor preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
