Ride Every Stride is a growing custom apparel and product company specializing in high-quality embroidered, sublimated, and engraved products for riders, barns, and events across North America.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to support our production team.
About the Role
We are hiring an Embroidery Machine Operator / Production Associate to work across multiple areas of production including embroidery, sublimation printing, and laser engraving.
This is a hands-on manufacturing/production role ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to grow within a dynamic company.
This position begins as part-time with a clear opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
Please note: this is not a graphic design or office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial embroidery machines (multi-head experience an asset)
- Hoop and prepare garments for embroidery production
- Assist with sublimation printing and heat press operation
- Operate laser engraving machines
- Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and consistency
- Perform basic machine maintenance (threading, bobbins, etc.)
- Support packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator, Production Associate, or similar role preferred - will train the right prospect
- Experience in manufacturing, apparel production, or textile work is an asset
- Familiarity with sublimation printing or laser engraving is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation & Schedule
- $20–$25/hour based on experience and capabilities
