Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to guests or servers as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding portion control, presentation, and sanitation
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of meal preparation and plating presentation
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
