Our Advisory Services division provides safety advisors and coordinators on a project-by-project basis, and we are looking for experienced Construction Safety Officers to support this work.
This is casual, project-based work best suited for independent safety advisors, semi-retired safety officers, or those with flexible availability for multi-day deployments.
Qualifications:.
- 2+ years experience in construction industry as skilled trade, or a jobsite safety role
- NCSO, provincial CSO certification, or a similar recognized safety designation.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations, hazard identification, inspections, incident investigation, and safe work procedures.
- Strong communication, leadership, and record keeping skills
- The ability to train workers and respond to incidents
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CSO or NCSO certificate
- Must have a minimum of 2 years CSO experience
Pay: $31.50-$35.00 per hour
