What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy using a relational, experiential, and/or somatic lens
- Build meaningful long-lasting therapeutic relationships that support clients in creating real, holistic change
- Hold space for depth, working beyond surface-level insight into emotion, pattern, and lived experience
- Collaborate with a supportive team through peer connection, consultation, and ongoing learning
- Maintain clear, ethical clinical practice in alignment with professional standards
- Manage your caseload with flexibility, balancing autonomy with connection to the practice
What We’re Looking For:
- Lives near the clinic - this is an in-person position
- A therapist who values depth and wants to go beyond surface-level work
- Someone drawn to relational, experiential, and/or somatic approaches (rather than purely manualized or solution-focused models)
- Strong ability to build authentic, attuned therapeutic relationships
- Comfort working with complexity - emotionally, relationally, and in the room
- A commitment to ongoing growth, self-reflection, and clinical development
- Someone who works with integrity and holds clear ethical boundaries
- A collaborative team member who values connection, consultation, and shared learning
- Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
