Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Swim Coaches and Lifeguards to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for teaching swimming, excellent communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to safety and high-quality instruction.
As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for conducting private in-home swim lessons, developing individualized lesson plans, coordinating sessions with clients, and ensuring the safety and progress of your students.
As a Lifeguard, you will provide professional supervision for private events and parties, ensuring the safety of all participants with vigilance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct private in-home swim lessons for children and adults at clients' homes across the GTA.
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs, goals, and learning style.
- Provide clear, effective instruction, demonstrations, and constructive feedback.
- Serve as a certified lifeguard for private pool parties and events, ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning and recreational environment for all clients.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates and encouragement to families.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with students, clients, and their families.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, protocols, and Millennium Swim standards.
Qualifications:
- Certified Swim Instructor (WSI, Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor, or equivalent certification).
- Certified Lifeguard (National Lifeguard Service - NLS, or equivalent certification).
- Current CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification.
- 3+ years of experience as a swim instructor, and/or lifeguard.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop individualized lesson plans and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and highly responsible.
- Passion for teaching, a strong commitment to safety, and a desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage a client schedule efficiently.
- Flexibility to commit to weekly lessons and event bookings with clients.
