SYMY Immigration Consultants and Recruitment is seeking the immediate hire of an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is a self-starter and thrives in a collaborative environment. As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our Domestic Recruitment team.

You will work both independently and with a supportive team dedicated to delivering meaningful results for clients across Canada.
What You’ll Be Doing
New Business Development
- Support business growth initiatives by identifying and engaging prospective employer clients across various industries
- Conduct cold calling and outreach activities to introduce SYMY’s recruitment services to new clients
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team on campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and employer outreach strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term partnership growth
- Assist in growing and expanding the organization’s existing client portfolio through ongoing relationship management and client support
- Participate in networking events, industry outreach, and business development activities to generate new opportunities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation as required
Talent Sourcing & Relationship Building
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, community outreach, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support both domestic and international recruitment efforts across various industries
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within internal systems and ATS platforms
- Ensure recruitment processes remain organized, timely, and compliant
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to recruitment projects and client support
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is considered an asset
- A self-starter who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a growing team environment
