About GNMI Medical Imaging
GNMI Medical Imaging is a growing network of diagnostic imaging clinics across Ontario, offering high-quality MRI, CT, and other medical imaging services. As we expand our presence across the Greater Toronto Area, we are looking for a motivated Healthcare Marketing Representative to help build and grow our referral relationships with family physicians and specialists throughout the GTA.
About the Role
This is a field-based outreach role. You will be the face of GNMI in the community — visiting physician offices, family health teams, and specialist clinics to introduce our services, build relationships, and grow our referral network. No cold calling from a desk — this role is out in the field, meeting people face-to-face.
This position is well-suited to someone who is personable, self-motivated, and has an interest in healthcare. Prior experience in medical sales or physician outreach is a strong asset, but we are open to candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to physician offices, family health teams, and specialist clinics across the GTA
- Introduce GNMI's imaging services (MRI, CT, and related diagnostics) to physicians and their staff
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with referring physicians and clinic coordinators
- Distribute marketing materials and educate office staff on referral processes
- Track visit activity, physician contacts, and outreach progress using provided tools
- Report regularly to management on territory coverage, physician feedback, and opportunities
- Represent GNMI professionally and in line with our brand and patient-care values
What We're Looking For
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle (required — mileage reimbursement provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you must be comfortable walking into a new office and making a great first impression
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and territory independently
- Prior experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, physician liaison, or healthcare outreach is a strong asset
- Familiarity with the GTA physician landscape is an advantage
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Mandarin) is a plus given the diverse GTA physician community
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
