At Beaverton Physiotherapy we provide a Fully paid mentorship where you start with 24 hours a week of mentorship for the first 2 weeks followed by a 1 hour a week mentorship on manual therapy, taping, connect therapy, and clinical Pilates and how to build your caseload, create a plan of care and retain your patients.

This is a full-time on-site Physiotherapist role. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs tailored to patients’ individual needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical therapy sessions, monitoring patients' progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role requires compassion, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and physical rehabilitation therapy
- Masters degree in physiotherapy
- 2+ years in clinic experience in Ontario, Canada
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based practices in physiotherapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with colleagues
- Ability to document patient progress and maintain detailed, accurate clinical records
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with patients with MVA and WSIB claims is an asset.

Pay: $95,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
