Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Mobile Cleaner/Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across various facilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple locations to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform and oversee routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, trash removal, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and identify areas needing improvement.
- Manage supplies inventory, order cleaning materials, and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance techniques.
- Address client requests or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with facilities management teams to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues related to cleaning equipment or facility conditions.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, supplies used, and team schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment across different locations.
- Good communication skills for effective team coordination and client interaction.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required. This role is integral to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients while providing leadership that fosters team growth and operational excellence.
Pay: $18.00-$28.89 per hour
