Overview
The Pharmacy Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care. This position involves dealing with customers to support and help them with their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient safety and a passion for healthcare.
Duties
- Work with customers on the phone and in person to deal with their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns regarding supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies provided and inventory management.
- Organize the deliveries and timely supplies to customers
- Assist in the training of new staff members where needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Skills
- Strong communication skills a must.
- Must be good at maths
- Be very organized and thorough.
- Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and effective communication with patients.
- Ability to work efficiently in community pharmacy environment, adapting to the fast-paced nature of pharmacy operations.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
