We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency to maintain up-to-date records
- Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Support office operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office supplies
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally (Google Workspace) and physically
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles with professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with multi-line phone systems and filing systems
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing financial records
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
