Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to an individual in need of personal care and daily living assistance. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives by promoting independence, safety, and well-being in a respectful and caring environment. The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs.
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Help with medication and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space
- Observe and report any changes in the health or behavior
- Follow care plans and document care provided accurately and timely
- Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety at all times
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain CPR certificate
- Able to work 2 on, 4 off shifts. Shifts are a full 48 hours, but sleeping shift is from 10pm to 8am.
Pay: $385.00 per day
