What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assess client insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations
- Quote, present, and close insurance policies
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Assets:
- RIBO License
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience in personal or commercial insurance
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, Tamil, or other languages)
