Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee multiple job sites and ensure that all projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects, coordinating with office teams, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction job sites to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with the office to align project goals, schedules, and resources.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution.
- Facilitate regular communication between the field teams and head office to address issues, updates, and changes promptly.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any delays or obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards on all job sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and coordinating multiple construction job sites.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between field teams and the head office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively and efficiently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are a plus.
