We’re a fast-growing roofing company serving Kenora and the Lake of the Woods area, and we’re looking for an organized, sharp, and self-sufficient Office Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the backbone of our office operations:
- Answering calls and turning leads into booked estimates
- Managing customer info and creating requests for quotes (Jobber)
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with estimators & crews
- Keeping files, documents, and systems organized (no chaos allowed)
- Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional way
- Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general admin tasks
- Helping improve office systems and processes as we grow
What We’re Looking For
We don’t need perfect — but we do need someone reliable and sharp.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Self-sufficient — you can figure things out without hand-holding
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software (Jobber, etc.)
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous admin or office experience
- Experience in construction or service-based businesses

Pay: $23.44-$30.25 per hour
