Commercial Cleaner — Evening Shift (Part-Time) Sparkle Cleaning Co. | Kamloops, BC
We're growing, and we need dependable people to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning to our commercial clients — offices, retail spaces, and more. You'll know your sites, your schedule, and exactly what's expected.
Shifts run evenings, weekdays and weekends. Start time: approximately 5:30PM Shift length: 4–5 hours Hours: approximately 20 hours/week to start
At $22–$25/hr, that's a reliable $1,760–$2,000/month for the right person — with room to grow as we do.
What you'll be doing
- Cleaning and maintaining commercial spaces including offices, common areas, washrooms, kitchens, and entryways
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and emptying waste
- Following site-specific checklists to ensure nothing gets missed
- Representing Sparkle professionally — you're often the last person in the building
The ideal candidate
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (commercial preferred)
- Valid BC driver's license and personal vehicle (required)
- Reliable — this is a schedule-driven role and clients count on consistency
- Detail-oriented and self-directed; you don't need someone standing over you
- Communicates promptly and flags issues when they come up
- Able to lift 35 lbs
