Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist in the development of departmental protocols and participate in ongoing professional development activities
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care, pediatrics, or general patient care is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices related to physical therapy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of all ages
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to patient-centered care
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously and maintaining detailed documentation
