Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring
- Cook and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling and storage of food products
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Support other kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow
- Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality standards
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service
- Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
