Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.
- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and positive
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff.
· Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
· Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
·Schedule staff breaks.
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food orders.
