OK Tire Squamish is seeking a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician to join our team.
Here at OK Tire Auto Service, we strive to give our customers the most honest, and best quality service in town. We are a small team of great people trying to serve our community with pride and integrity.
We work on almost all types of vehicles, offering tire sales and repairs: including brakes, suspension, alignments, custom exhaust repairs, oil changes and tune ups. We stick to the basics to avoid those long diagnostic headaches, and multi day repairs.
We are looking for a hard working, knowledgeable, self-motivated mechanic who is responsible, organized, detail oriented, and personable, with the ability to multi-task.
The qualified individual will have good interpersonal communication skills, computer skills, and excellent handwriting. This person must be able to speak to the public in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications include: ability to perform major repairs and diagnosis on all types of vehicles, as well as the changing and installation of tires. A good supply of personal tools is also required.
This can be a full time or part time position, and the hourly wage will be based on experience and qualifications.
Applicants must have valid unrestricted class 5 drivers license, Trade Certification, or school transcripts.
