Job Description
As a Store Associate at Kenny’s Store, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service. You will play a key role in providing our customers with the best experience possible, whether it’s fueling their vehicles, assisting them with their purchases, or managing the store’s stock.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Pump Gas: Provide excellent service to customers at the fuel pump, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Cash Trained: Operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and assist customers with transactions.
- LCBO Duties: Maintain and manage the LCBO section, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Stocking Shelves: Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service to all patrons, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Strong Customer Service Skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Experience with stocking and organizing inventory is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, stocking) and handle the demands of a busy retail environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
