Superintendent
We are seeking full-time a Superintendent to live on-site and work at our residential building in Toronto, Ontario. We invite couples or teams of one or two to apply.
Please let us know beforehand if this will be a single or couple application.
teams of two are offered $70-80k plus a free apt (valued at 30,000) plus benefits
Single candidates are offered $35,000 plus a free townhouse or apt (valued at 30,000)
Salary to be split equally between the team of two.

As strategic members of our team, you will have the following proven technical knowledge and skills:
- Self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Excellent cleaning skills
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical an asset
- Courteous and professional with employees and tenants
- Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
- Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
- Experience in similar role required
- Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
