Job Summary
North York Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is building a modern, data driven, customer-first dealership—and we’re looking for an experienced F&I Consultant to help drive Sales forward.
You’ll structure deals, present F&I products with confidence, and build strong relationships with customers and lenders, all while helping shape a high-performance, transparent team culture.
Duties
- Structure and present financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers with transparency and a consultative approach — no pressure tactics, no shortcuts
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, to secure competitive rates and approvals across all credit profiles
- Present the full F&I product menu — extended warranties, GAP, credit insurance, protection packages in a way that adds genuine value for the customer
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team on deal flow, ensuring every customer moves through the process with professionalism and speed.
- Maintain PBS Workplan and DealerSocket records accurately — every deal documented, every compliance requirement met
- Stay current on OMVIC regulations, Ontario consumer protection laws, and Stellantis lender programs — compliance is non-negotiable here
- Contribute to training and mentoring the sales floor on finance product knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of F&I Manager experience in a franchised automotive dealership — CDJR, import, or domestic
- Strong working knowledge of DealerTrack or RouteOne.
- Proven track record of strong PVR and F&I product penetration — numbers you can speak to clearly and honestly in the interview
- Full understanding of OMVIC regulations and Ontario compliance requirements — this is the foundation, not an afterthought
- Ability to communicate complex financial products clearly to customers from diverse backgrounds and varying financial literacy levels
- A genuinely consultative approach — you close deals by building trust, not by applying pressure.
- Weekend availability, this is a dealership role. Saturday is a workday, Sundays are open on rotation basis.

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
