Penetration Tester Intern
PlutoSec is looking for a motivated and passionate individual interested in penetration testing, ethical hacking, and offensive security.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain real-world cybersecurity exposure while working closely with senior leadership and active client environments.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with Web Application & Network Penetration Testing
- Vulnerability Assessments & Security Research
- Technical Documentation & Report Writing
- Participating in client meetings and technical discussions
- Working closely with the CTO on ongoing security projects and engagements
Requirements:
- Recently graduated (or graduating) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field
- Basic understanding of penetration testing methodologies and security concepts
- Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, etc.
- Basic understanding of vulnerability assessment and report writing
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $69,412.76-$75,001.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Etobicoke, ON (Peel District)
