Job Description
CentiMark Ltd is looking for experienced Service Foreperson to join our team. For over 25 years, CentiMark Ltd has been growing its operation through Canada as well as its workforce. We are looking for reliable and motivate individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial roofing industry. Onsite safety and job training is provided. Roofing job responsibilities include knowledge of materials and tactics required for roof work.
Job Responsibilities
This position will be responsible able to diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs. Experience in the operation and maintaining roofing equipment. Set up and break down of projects. Give some direction to laborers. The Service Foreperson will also be responsible for a Service Helper.Candidate should be able to lead and train helper with field applications, work with field supervisor and communicate with customers and management.
They will be responsible for paperwork, timesheets, mobile applications and ensuring that CentiMark Safety policies are followed. The Service Foreperson will also be responsible for interacting with customers. The Foreperson should be able to take their service helper and make extensive repairs with hours provided and in a safe and orderly manner.
Job Requirements

5 years of Commercial Roofing knowledge preferred

Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC & Modified

Strong organizational skills, communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet

Ability to work at heights

Ability to work on fast pace environment

Ability to work and communicate effectively with others

Ability to learn and follow ministry and company safety policies.

Ability to work on weekends and/or Holidays, as needed

Able to travel out of town
