Store Manager – Automotive Retail
A leading organization in the automotive aftermarket retail industry is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales and profit targets
- Manage P&L, expenses, payroll, and inventory to meet business goals
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of up to 9 employees
- Build strong commercial and retail customer relationships
- Execute sales strategies and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor pricing, margins, and accounts receivable performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards
- Oversee inventory control and asset management
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of leadership experience in retail or automotive industry
- Strong business acumen, including P&L management
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Solid knowledge of automotive systems and parts
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Experience in inventory, operations, and sales management
- Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record
