ABOUT THE COMPANY
With over 100 years of experience, Law-Marot-Milpro (LMM) is a leading manufacturer of high-performance solutions for grain drying, cleaning, and processing applications. Proudly Canadian, we are recognized for delivering engineered solutions across the agri-processing industry.
With a strong foundation in Eastern Canada, we are executing a strategic expansion across Western Canada through our growth initiative, “Prairie Elevation”, including the development of a long-term operational footprint in Winnipeg.
As we continue to grow, we are investing not only in our products and manufacturing capabilities, but also in delivering exceptional customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle of every installation.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Winnipeg-based After Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operation of our North American after-sales function.
This is more than a traditional customer service role. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will provide hands-on leadership to the after-sales team while driving operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of our aftermarket business.
You will oversee customer service, warranty administration, technical support, spare parts sales, quotations, and service coordination, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and quality that define the Law-Marot-Milpro brand. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will coach your team, improve processes, resolve complex issues, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
At Law-Marot-Milpro, we believe our reputation is built not only by the equipment we manufacture, but by how we support our customers after the sale. With a large installed base across North America and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to help strengthen customer relationships, expand our aftermarket business, and establish Law-Marot-Milpro as the industry benchmark for customer service and technical support.
As a proud French-Canadian company, fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
