Coulee Cannabis Ltd. is Lethbridge’s newest, 100% locally owned, cannabis retail store! We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our cannabis retail team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and staff
- Recruit, train, and schedule employees
- Ensure compliance with all cannabis retail regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, and store performance
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Cannabis or regulated retail experience is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must meet provincial requirements to work in cannabis retail.
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, payroll processing, budgeting is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems, pricing strategies, purchasing procedures, and retail sales techniques.
