CASHIER/ GAS STATION ATTENDANT
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Champion/representative who would be eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Job Description:
Work duties include but not limited to the following:
- Operate cash register, process cash and credit/debit card payments
- Greet customers and offer excellent service
- Follow Shell Canada’s safety standards and protocols
- Maintain professional and clean appearance of site and convenience store
- Sanitize and clean all work areas and areas that require food handling
- Assist customers with in-store shopping and food purchase
- Participate in promotional activities and cross-selling
- Monitor fuel pumps and forecourt activities
- Stocking shelves and tracking inventory
- Placing orders for inventory
- Deep cleaning shelves, coolers, freezers, and bathrooms
- Changing garbage bins and cleaning pumps
- Sweeping forecourt
- Deep cleaning car wash bay
Job Requirements:
· Own transportation and driver’s licence
· Customer-oriented
· Adhere to health and safety protocols
· Able to work in fast-paced environment
· Ability to communicate clearly
· Computer and point of sale system use
· Constant standing
· Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 20-30 pounds
· Bending, twisting, walking, squatting
· Working outside in variable weather conditions
· Heavy duty deep cleaning in-store and forecourt
· Cash Handling skills required
Education:
· Secondary (high) school diploma
Experience:
· Previous gas station experience is an asset
· Previous customer service experience is required
Opportunity available for the following shifts:
Shifts: Site M
· 6.00 AM to 2.00 PM, (Weekends)
· 2 PM to 10.00 PM (Weekends & Weekdays)
Shifts: Site W
· 6.00 AM to 2.00 PM (Weekends)
· 2.00 PM to 10.00 PM (Weekends & Weekdays)

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
