Blush & Raven is an intimate, by appointment only, luxury bridal boutique that specialize in fashion forward bridal gowns and jewellery. We focus on creating a memorable experience for our brides and providing quality products from boutique designers all over the world. We are located in the heart of the beltline, downtown Calgary.
We are growing as a team and looking for both part-time and full-time Bridal Consultants who thrives in a professional sales environment. This ideal candidate will have high end women's fashion experience, has a true passion for customer service, and a fine appreciation for luxury textiles & bridal fashion. This person must be available to work evenings and weekends as this position will be full time (30-40 hours a week) with a schedule Wednesdays through Sundays.
Bridal Consultant:
- Leads sales consults in one-on-one appointments to assist brides in completing their bridal look
- Excels in customer service
- Accountable for delivering sales targets
- Assists in sales administration such as follow-ups
- Excels in literacy and written communications
- Able to quickly build rapport with clients
- Has excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Is detail oriented and organized
- Is creative and loves to think outside of the box
- Stays up to date on current trends and boutique inventory
- Learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains cleanliness & organization of the showroom
- Completes all administration relating to facilitating client orders with a high level of attention to detail

Requirements:
- Experience in high-end women's retail, luxury garments and merchandising
- 5 years customer service experience or supervisory experience
- Key holder or has been in a role with high level of autonomy
- Has proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Has strong verbal and written communication
- Class 5 drivers license & own method of transportation (for trade shows and other events)
- Degree in Fashion and Textiles or equivalent is considered an asset
