Job Description
As the Community Relations & Sales Support Administrator, you will provide administrative, logistical, community relations, and sales support to the Sales & Operations Manager.
This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role in helping client jobs run smoothly by coordinating property and building requirements, assisting with scheduling, completing administrative tasks, supporting community relationships, and helping organize networking and business development activities.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a role that combines office-based responsibilities with activities in our community.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities for professional development and career growth. As the successful candidate gains experience and develops their knowledge of ONESource services, clients, operations, and community partnerships, there will be opportunities to take on increased responsibilities within the sales department, community relations, business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Job Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate job arrangements with property managers, retirement communities, condominiums, and other facilities
- Arrange elevator bookings, building access, loading areas, and other property requirements
- Assist with schedule planning, organization, and distribution
- Complete local job-related errands, including picking up keys, TV brackets, supplies, or other specialty items
- Assist with preparing and reviewing invoices as required
- Help ensure completed job information and documentation are organized for invoicing
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO & Sales & Operations manager.

Sales & Community Relations Support
- Assist with client follow-up, scheduling, documentation, and sales-related administrative tasks
- Attend networking events, community events, and industry functions as required
- Help maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Support outreach to retirement communities, healthcare providers, professional services, and other potential referral partners
- Assist with tracking contacts, follow-ups, and business development opportunities
Events & Business Growth
- Assist with planning and coordinating community, networking, and promotional events
- Prepare event materials, schedules, and other required resources
- Conduct market research to identify new referral sources, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Support sales, marketing, community relations, and business development projects as needed
Growth Opportunities

Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or community relations is an asset; however, training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Comfortable attending networking and community events
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn company CRM, scheduling, and administrative systems
- Valid Class G Driver’s Licence required
Probationary Period
This position includes a 90-day probationary period, during which performance, cultural fit, and overall alignment with the role will be assessed.
Compensation & Working Hours
Starting pay of $23–$25 per hour, based on experience.
Full-time position, paid bi-weekly.
Regular hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility based on operational needs.
Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required for networking events, community events, or other business activities.
A formal performance and compensation review will take place after three months.
