Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience
- Assist customers with menu items, prepare their food according to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor, washrooms and kitchen areas
- Food prep according to standard recipes set by the brand
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for transactions and handle cash or card payments securely
- Follow safety procedures and company policies to create a safe environment for all staff and customers
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide training!
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items regularly throughout shifts
