Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Support hair styling services by preparing workstations and assisting stylists as needed
- Maintain sanitation standards throughout the salon or retail area to ensure a clean environment
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Assist with inventory management and restocking retail shelves as necessary
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques or experience in a salon environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Familiarity with sanitation practices relevant to beauty or retail settings
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous but not mandatory
