Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, organized, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, works well in a fast-paced environment, works well within the team and on their own and is committed to creating a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Experience with prosthodontics, surgical extractions and orthodontics an asset
- Take and develop dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Perform chairside assisting and patient support
- Manage clinical supplies and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support front desk duties when required
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant certification/license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with dental software is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team
- Minimum 2+ years experience preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital radiography
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection prevention standards
- Strong patient service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy clinical setting
- Knowledge of Dentrix an asset

Schedule
- Full-time (5 days a week including a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month)
